What does Indie mean?
Indie is a broad name for Indian mixed dogs, not one breed with a fixed look.
Indie and INDog are not the same label. INDog refers to a distinct native Indian dog type.
What are they like to live with?
There is no single Indie temperament. One dog may be calm and easygoing; another may be active, cautious or very social.
Early life, confidence, health, training and daily routine matter more than the label.
Walks, play and training
Let the individual dog guide walks, play and training. Notice what they enjoy and what helps them feel comfortable.
Coat and grooming
Do not guess grooming from the word Indie. Look at the coat in front of you: its texture, length and shedding.
Grooming Planner confirms the actual coat before building a routine.
Plan coat care ↗Size and fit
There is no typical Indie clothing size. Measure the actual chest, back and neck.
Actual measurements decide clothing, harness and collar fit.
